Bright golden colour with a strong head. Pleasant blend of fruit and malt on the nose with generous mouthfeel and a moderately bitter finish. A good example of a Traditional Ale.

Requires an additional 1kg (2.2lbs) corn sugar or 1.36kg (3Lbs) malt extract.
