Due to seasonal availability, hops and grains may be substituted if necessary.
If whole or crushed option is not defined, it will be defaulted to crushed.
This is a typical easy drinking English Bitter. It derives its reddish colour from a small amount of roast barley. It has a balanced yet pronounced hop bitterness and a fresh hop aroma. Serve at cellar temperature.
