Brut IPA is the latest trend in the American IPA category. Clean American style yeast for a crisp fruity finish and a whopping 4-ounce dose of tropical Mosaic hops - It doesn’t get better than this! The complete dryness will allow more alcohol flavour to be perceived similar to a campaign used in traditional mimosas. For that extra citrus kick and to help smooth the profile we added sweet orange peel.
